Position Overview:
Maxar Technologies is looking for a Geospatial Imagery Support Specialist. In this capacity, you will deliver top-tier customer assistance for our external clientele while ensuring adherence to quality and performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional email support for both internal and external clients.
- Respond to incoming communications via email and phone.
- Process orders and prepare quotations and feasibility assessments.
- Assist clients in defining order specifications, including image selection.
- Leverage knowledge of company policies and departments to resolve technical inquiries.
- Utilize satellite imagery expertise to conduct basic quality control evaluations and provide recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions and offer guidance to peers and clients as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and clients.
- Collaborate with customers, technical support, product development, sales, and field services to identify opportunities for enhancing delivery, reducing costs, and increasing value.

Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a professional or B2B environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Communications, Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous exposure to GIS applications and technologies, such as Esri ArcGIS, ArcPro, or QGIS.
- Excellent listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is competitive and based on the candidate's unique skills, experience, and geographic diversity. The hourly rate is approximately $29.38.
