Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Flow Management: Minimize delinquencies, ensure timely rent collection, and monitor banking activities to maximize cash flow.
  • Data Accuracy: Monitor Entrata data for accuracy and ensure timely preparation of leasing activities, A/R cash receipts, A/P Invoices, and statements of disposition.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Assist in meeting targeted revenue goals by exceeding occupancy budgets, creating market incentives, and improving resident retention.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to resident inquiries, and maintain a positive community image.
  • Personnel Development: Assist in recruiting and selecting team members, evaluating and supervising team members, and performing other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree highly preferred.
  • Experience: One-year property management experience or 4-year degree in a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata experience preferred.
  • Licenses: In Pennsylvania or New Jersey, must obtain a real estate license within 180 days of hire.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing mandates, and other legal issues affecting property management.
  • Communication: Excellent English communications skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency where applicable.
  • HUD Experience: HUD experience.

Salary: $70k - $75K

FSLA Status: Exempt or Non-Exempt
