Job Overview

The Property Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties. This includes supervising a team of staff, ensuring the property is rented to its fullest capacity, and maintaining accurate records of all community transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and rental income
  • Supervise and train leasing staff to ensure effective closing techniques and accurate paperwork
  • Monitor and analyze traffic logs, conversion ratios, and budget guidelines to inform decision-making
  • Ensure community appearance and repairs are completed on a timely basis
  • Provide exceptional service to residents, future residents, and internal team members

Requirements

  • Knowledge of PC software packages, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with excellent office skills, including typing and proofreading
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
