  • Problem-Solve: Effectively communicate with guests and management to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • High Energy and Enthusiasm: Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm when engaging with fans and directing them to their proper hospitality areas.
  • Uniform and Appearance: Present a neat and tidy appearance, adhering to our uniform standards.
  • Guest Welcome and Acknowledgement: Welcome and acknowledge all guests, scan tickets, and apply designated wristbands/credentials in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work unusual hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Commitment: Commitment to work at least 70% of our 2024 Season Home Schedule.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to endure seasonal temperatures, as working conditions sometimes require outdoor work.
  • Benefits: As a part-time employee, you will not be eligible for Company-sponsored benefits or paid vacation.
