Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform our sales strategy
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in non-asset based 3PL sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
  • Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, including dry van, reefer, flatbed, and LTL freight
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt
