National Sales Director

At Allen Lund Company, we're committed to fostering a culture of growth and excellence. As a National Sales Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving our sales strategy and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform our sales strategy
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- 3+ years of experience in non-asset based 3PL sales, with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, including dry van, reefer, flatbed, and LTL freight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt
