Sales Representative

Eclipse Innovations is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in the sales department. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales through attractive product displays, organizing and maintaining inventory, and providing friendly and helpful customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Sales through Effective Product Displays: Create visually appealing displays to showcase our products and attract customers.
- Manage Inventory and Stock Levels: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are always available for customers.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Engage with customers, respond to their needs, and provide solutions to their queries.
- Ensure Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Familiarize yourself with laws and regulations related to sales and customer service.
- Manage Product Flow and Stock Rotation: Ensure that products are rotated regularly to maintain freshness and quality.
- Work in Rotating Shifts: Be flexible and willing to work in rotating shifts to meet the needs of our customers.
- Previous Sales Experience or Interest in Sales: Have a background in sales or be enthusiastic about sales and customer service.
- Friendly and Approachable Demeanor: Possess a friendly and approachable personality to engage with customers.
- Ability to Engage with Customers: Be able to communicate effectively with customers and respond to their needs.
- Flexibility and Dedication: Be flexible and dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers.
