Job Summary
This role involves direct marketing engagement with potential and existing owners at our resort locations. The primary responsibility is to schedule presentations for guests with our representatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a positive and professional representative for Wyndham Destinations.
2. Collaborate with resort personnel to obtain guest arrival information.
3. Welcome and present to prospective customers, encouraging them to participate in a sales-preview tour.
4. Assess and qualify potential customers in line with company standards.
5. Manage sales-tour bookings and collect necessary deposits.
Additional Duties
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain performance targets during customer interactions (80% of the role).
- Attend scheduled training sessions and departmental meetings, staying updated on marketing materials and industry trends.
Travel Requirements
No travel is required beyond the local area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a shared environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills is necessary.
