Job Title: Strategic Accounts Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Accounts Representative to join our team at Heartland Group Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and account penetration within assigned customer target lists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve volume and profit targets
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers to generate new business
  • Make presentations and demonstrate products and services to customers
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and information to determine their potential
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for customers
  • Coordinate with sales management, accounting, logistics, shipping, production, and customer service to ensure customer problems and complaints are handled accordingly and timely
  • Develop a multi-level, cross-functional relationship with key external customers to maximize results and Heartland visibility
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions
  • Forecast both volume and financial performance for internal use

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in the printing or manufacturing industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
