Zach Johnson - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalized service and support as needed.
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a high level of work ethic and commitment to success, driving results-oriented performance.
- Competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
- Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- People-oriented and self-motivated individual
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license
- Ability to obtain Life and Health license
