- Collaborate with primary care providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in behavioral health and integrate evidence-based approaches into your work
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, or related field
- Maine LCSW, LCPC, or related professional license
- 2+ years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Experience working with a breadth of behavioral health disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
