Children's Mercy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients and families
Provide education and support to patients and families to promote optimal health outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Utilize current research and evidence-based practices to enhance patient care quality
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current RN licensure in Kansas or Missouri
BLS certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
