About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Unit at Children's Mercy Kansas City. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our young patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and families.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kansas or Missouri.
  • Associate's degree in nursing or higher.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
