Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at FASTSIGNS #51701. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers via email, telephone, and in-person to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Turn prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
  • Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and execute business and marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Great listening skills, documentation, and organization.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and attention to accuracy and detail.
