Project Assistant for Construction Team

About the Role: Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administration, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving. You will be responsible for managing project calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining organized project filing systems. Additionally, you will assist with meetings, record meeting minutes, and order supplies as needed. Your proactive approach and ability to think critically will be essential in contributing to the effectiveness of our Administrative Services (AS) team.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative assistant experience in construction or a related industry. A College degree and/or relevant administrative skills certification are highly desirable. You must possess excellent verbal communication and written business communication skills, as well as good judgment to solve problems and escalate issues when necessary.
Work Environment: The work environment is a construction site project-based office setting, with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome applications from diverse candidates.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
