Job Summary: The Construction Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our construction projects. This includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting site visits, and collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve quality control processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
