About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Favor. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our merchant partners, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate new and existing leads in your designated region through cold calling, in-person meetings, and email outreach.
  • Maintain and nurture an active pipeline of potential merchant partners, qualifying leads and prospects via phone and email.
  • Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs to determine how to best partner with them.
  • Demonstrate and highlight the value and return on investment Favor provides, with the goal of securing sales.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from finding new leads to negotiating terms, drafting proposals, and securing sales.
  • Report and record all sales activities in our web-based CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the success of new merchant partners.
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly predetermined sales goals and quotas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding quickly to concerns or questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable formal training, certification, and/or work experience.
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Experience executing full lifecycle sales processes in-person and over the phone.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate via phone and email (both internally and externally).
  • Demonstrated experience creating and facilitating presentations.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships.
