Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Portfolio Manager to join our team at Harborstone Credit Union. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for monitoring member credit accounts and ensuring compliance with our credit agreement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage member credit accounts to ensure compliance with our credit agreement.
  • Effectively work the collections queue by contacting and following up with delinquent accounts to maintain an appropriate level of delinquency and charge-off.
  • Research and address complex and non-routine collection and legal matters.
  • Assist with credit union-owned real estate and small business loans.
Requirements
  • Legal aspects of credit and collections procedures and practices.
  • Computer-based information systems and modern office methods and procedures.
  • Bondable.
  • Two years' experience in account collections, preferably in a credit union or other financial institution.
  • High school or equivalent diploma.
