ForTec Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare customers and presenting the benefits of contracting with ForTec Medical for their mobile surgical laser technology needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative selling and closing skills, with experience selling to surgeons and operating room sales experience. A large territory sales management experience is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be able to travel overnight as needed and excel in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with healthcare customers and present the benefits of contracting with ForTec Medical
- Sell mobile surgical laser technology to hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices
- Manage a large territory, including Austin, Temple, Waco, San Marcos, and San Angelo
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of demonstrated successful medical device sales experience
- Operating room sales experience
- Experience selling to surgeons
- Large territory sales management experience preferred
- Experience selling in a highly competitive market
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
- Excels in a team environment
