We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at South Shore Health. As a Critical Care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the use of the nursing process.
  • Manage medication administration, including transcription and recording.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, including prioritizing problem lists and documenting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred.
  • RN - Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification, or other certifications as required by the department.
