Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our IMCU team at South Shore Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the use of the nursing process.
  • Develop, discuss, and communicate a prioritized problem list/plan of care for each patient.
  • Manage individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the use of the nursing process.
  • Provide care, treatment, and services through the successful coordination and completion of a series of processes that include assessment, planning care, providing care, in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred.
  • RN - Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification, Emergency Response Training Certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC), Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) Certification may be required.
Work Schedule

7p-730a x2 shifts/wk including e/o w/e e/o holiday.
