About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our IMCU team as a Critical Care RN. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an acute care setting and possess strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
This is a part-time position, working 24 hours per week, every other weekend, and all holidays. You will be responsible for managing individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the use of the nursing process, while providing care, treatment, and services in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
About Our RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing and at least 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. You will also need to obtain certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within your first 6 months of employment.
We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $ $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
