Customer Experience Coordinator

">Key Responsibilities:">
- Greet every customer and provide exceptional service using the F.A.S.T. service model.
- Process customer transactions at the cutting counter and cash register in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Lift boxes from the truck and unload freight according to company procedures.
- Stock shelves accurately and maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
- Clean and recover shelves, put away returns, and clean up any spills/messes with a sense of urgency.
- Invite customers to participate in store activities such as Education Classes and Custom Framing.
- Drive sales through product knowledge, active selling techniques, suggesting services, and building strong customer relationships.
- Assist leadership in minimizing shrink by ensuring policy and procedure compliance.
- Collaborate with other team members on projects in a professional manner.
">Requirements:">
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment.
- Able to work at least 28 hours per week and have open availability.
