Acosta is looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment within a retail setting. This role involves showcasing and explaining cutting-edge innovations in personal computing while representing our client, Intel, and their advanced processing hardware and system enhancement technologies.

As an Intel Technology Specialist, you will serve as an in-store authority, playing a crucial role in implementing retail sales strategies to elevate the Intel brand. This entails understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries, comparing various PC models, and providing tailored recommendations for computer purchases. Additionally, you will foster positive relationships with retail staff through ongoing knowledge sharing and training initiatives, ensuring that our partners are well-informed about Intel's product lineup.

SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
  • 10 hours per weekend
  • Saturday and Sunday 11:00am - 4:00pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and retail personnel
  • Conduct training sessions for store associates on Intel products and technologies
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable Intel computer products and services
  • Engage customers proactively throughout the sales process, from initial greeting to closing the sale
  • Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including feedback and observations
  • Maintain regular communication with management through phone calls, virtual meetings, and emails
ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?
  • Experience in sales or relevant technical support
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Availability to work scheduled shifts consistently
  • Access to a smart device with WiFi/GPS capabilities
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
