Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Providence Clinical Network. As a Senior Infusion RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing expert care and coordination of infusion therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate the interdisciplinary team to intervene according to assessment findings.
  • Apply the nursing process in direct patient care and serve as a mentor for journey-level Infusion RNs.
  • Assist with orientation, training, and education of clinic personnel and Infusion RNs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing with 4 years' experience as a registered nurse.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License or National Registered Nurse Compact License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire.
  • OCN (oncology nurse) certification or other national infusion certification.
  • 3 years Infusion nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years Ambulatory nursing experience.
