Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit new business opportunities through various lead sources, including telephone and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, recommending new products to better serve their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on all existing products and new product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all guidelines and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries when Customer Service Representatives are unavailable.
Requirements
  • Portray a professional image through proper appearance and actions.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of insurance sales experience required.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Ability to follow and improve agency processes.
  • Life & Health license required for future promotions.
