Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Printer Support Specialist to provide technical support for printers and multifunction devices in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printer hardware and software, as well as excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for printers and multifunction devices, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain printer hardware and software

  • Document and report technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in printer support and maintenance

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
