Legal Support Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks, client service, document management, scheduling, and clerical duties in our Manchester, NH office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain paper files and client documents using a document management system.
• Conduct conflict checks and enter new cases into the system.
• Manage calendars to track deadlines, schedule meetings, hearings, and other events.
• Prepare pleadings, legal documents, and notices, and update transactional documents as needed.
• Transcribe and dictate documents, and communicate with clients, judicial staff, and other parties.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Secretary, or similar support role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• High standard of professionalism and integrity, with strong technical capability and intermediate skills in using MS Office Tools.
• High School Diploma required; College education a plus.
Compensation:
$35.00 per hour.
