Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Admissions Support Team as an Admissions Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to prospective students, parents, and fellow team members, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to prospective students, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Admissions Counselors to ensure effective and efficient appointment booking, supporting the enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring seamless communication with potential students.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and team members, fostering trust and providing information about our Institute's programs.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Admissions Support Team and student life-cycle, participating in daily and weekly accountability meetings.
  • Perform duties as assigned and/or required to meet business needs, adhering to all Nurtur policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a contact center or sales role preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate extreme professionalism and confidentiality in manner, dress, and conduct.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in an office environment, with occasional travel to events and out-of-state training as necessary. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
