Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Nevell Group. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects, as well as mentoring and developing junior estimators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of estimating software and techniques.
  • Review and analyze project specifications and scope of work to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates meet project requirements.
  • Mentor and train junior estimators to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in estimating.
Requirements
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of estimating software, including Quick Bid and On-Screen Take-Off.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
