  • Prepare detailed findings reports, inspection summaries, and reports on destructive testing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Interface directly with clients and project stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong client portfolio by leveraging an extensive network of industry contacts.

  • Licensed General Contractor or Engineer preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on construction experience in residential or multi-dwelling settings, with a focus on repair or remediation work at a leadership level.
  • Experience in litigation and providing expert witness testimony.
  • Proven ability to generate business, including a strong client portfolio and an extensive network of industry contacts.
  • Proficiency in cost estimating and manipulating various cost estimating forms; experience with estimating software.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
