Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Clerk to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and caregivers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Communication and Coordination: Forward all AI receptionist communication to the right personnel, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  2. Client and Caregiver Support: Assist with recruiting caregiver calls and prospective client calls, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all.
  3. Logistics and Reporting: Maintain prospective client logs and reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  4. Missed Clock In/Out Report and Follow-ups: Assist with missed clock in/out report and follow-ups, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  5. Reporting and Data Analysis: Assist the Director of Client Relations with reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  6. Administrative Support: Assist the Gimbert/Carmen (owners) with duties as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  7. Onboarding and Training: Assist the HR manager with onboarding processing of new Caregiver Candidates, ensuring a smooth transition.
  8. CHHA Certification and On-Call Support: If CHHA certified, provide backup support whenever possible, ensuring continuity of care.
  9. On-Call Rotation: Participate in on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support to our clients and caregivers.
