  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
  • Assist with financial aid orientation and other related events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and external organizations to promote student success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in financial aid or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
