About the Role

SESI Schools is seeking a skilled Behavior Support Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Support Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting students with intensive behavioral needs in special education and alternative education settings nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and leaders to develop and implement behavior support plans.
  • Provide consistent monitoring and support to students in classrooms, transition areas, and other school settings.
  • Support the creation and implementation of positive behavioral intervention strategies.
  • Record and track behavioral incidents and progress toward goals.
  • Utilize de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and physical intervention as needed to maintain student and staff safety.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social and behavioral growth.
