About the Role

As a Behavior Support Technician with FullBloom, you will play a vital role in supporting students with intensive behavioral needs in special education and alternative education settings nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and leaders to develop and implement behavior support plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Provide consistent monitoring and support to students, utilizing positive behavioral intervention and support strategies to promote social and behavioral skills.
  • Work with a diverse group of students, fostering a positive and inclusive environment that encourages growth and development.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop differentiated support for students with more intensive needs.
  • Facilitate communication with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to student support.

Requirements
  • High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Experience working in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs.
