Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst / BCBA to join our team at CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services. As a Behavior Analyst / BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to children and families in Lancaster County, PA.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders.
  • Provide behavioral consultation to families and schools.
  • Train Behavior Health Technicians on therapeutic interventions.
  • Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification with PA Behavior Specialist License.
  • Current clearances, including PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance, PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance, and FBI Department of Human Service background clearance.
  • Professional Liability Insurance.

CCRES is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality educational and behavioral health services to schools, children, adults, and families. We work in partnership with the Home & Community Services (H&CS) program of the CCIU to provide behavioral health services to individuals with special needs.
