Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the overall project direction, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
- Plan and execute projects, including budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling.
- Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a culture of safety, quality assurance, and control.
- Manage and develop successful teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- 6+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering on-time projects.
- 6+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
- 6+ years of experience creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
- 6+ years of experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
- 6+ years of experience managing and developing successful teams.
- Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
