Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall project direction, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Plan and execute projects, including budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling.
  • Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of safety, quality assurance, and control.
  • Manage and develop successful teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering on-time projects and maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to assemble and lead project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex projects and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
