Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to work with children aged 2-6 years in a center-based setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with children with autism and a strong understanding of early intervention and integrated care approaches.
Responsibilities:- Implement naturalistic occupational therapy for children with autism
- Craft interventions to improve gross motor, fine motor skills, feeding practices, and daily living activities
- Perform multidisciplinary assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical areas
- Mentor and guide a team of Registered Behavior Technicians to integrate OT goals into their therapy
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate necessary adjustments to team members and families
- Collaborate closely with families to set goals, build relationships, and provide coaching and support
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatrics or a similar field
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders
- Strong understanding of early intervention and integrated care approaches
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Quality medical, dental, and vision plans
