About the Role:- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in a clinic setting, utilizing naturalistic therapeutic techniques.
- Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
- Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are crucial, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
- Competitive hourly rates ranging from $20.50 to $26.00, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
