Position Overview:

We're seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Sales Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong client relationships. In this role, you'll help shape the future of risk management by providing comprehensive insurance solutions to businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the initial sales process and when re-marketing is needed.
  • Evaluate the market to provide the best insurance solutions and explain the value and coverages of different policies.
  • Manage the quoting process for both admitted and non-admitted policies, ensuring clients receive competitive and tailored insurance options.
  • Deliver customized proposals, clearly outlining how the insurance options meet the client's specific needs.
  • Finalize and issue coverage directly with admitted carriers and collaborate with account managers to bind policies through wholesalers for non-admitted coverage.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in commercial lines.

  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and industry professionals.
