Position Overview:

The Staffing Division Director will lead a team of sales recruiters for our Pharmaceutical Division, providing overall leadership and vision to drive business growth and success. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing employee growth plans, setting and managing staff performance, and motivating team members to operate at their full potential. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership abilities, and a desire to build the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans
  • Lead a team of sales recruiters to achieve business objectives
  • Provide day-to-day training and guidance on client development and management
  • Run a full desk and lead by example
  • Collaborate with marketing to create division-specific marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships
  • Negotiate contracts and optimize supplier/vendor relationships
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, delivery, and logistics
  • Conduct quality assurance and control
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term business plans
  • Hire and build a high-performing team
  • Provide sales, recruiting, and account management training and coaching
  • Monitor and manage staff performance and development
  • Lead weekly team meetings and daily meetings on open requisitions
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Perform operational analysis, correction, and performance-tuning
  • Design and implement internal workflow processes
  • Other projects and tasks as directed by your manager
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of staffing and recruiting experience
  • 1+ years of previous experience as an Account Manager
  • Previous experience leading teams
  • Successful track record of sales and recruiting efforts for clinical positions
  • Ability to have a "big picture" mindset and strategy
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required
