Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in case management or a related field.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of community resources and services, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency in using case management software and computer applications.
