Job Title: Business Development Representative

At Interim HealthCare, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing our home care services to potential referral sources and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase profitable sales and grow our business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
