Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Advisor to join our team at AgWest Farm Credit. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with project and product delivery teams to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate use, and greater proficiency of changes that impact employees in the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management plans for assigned project and product delivery teams, including risk/impact/user readiness assessment, mitigation strategies, and creation of change or communication plans.
  • Engage and guide key stakeholders to lead adoption of change initiatives.
  • Help stakeholders adapt to change by creating tools and resources to support project initiatives.
  • Work with Business Solutions leadership to evolve and build the change management discipline to achieve business results.
  • Ensure that work is completed in accordance with AgWest's organizational change management, product management, and project management frameworks, and meets all applicable control requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Generally, requires some experience in change management or a related field, demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and support change.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Resourceful in finding solutions and overcoming obstacles independently.
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to support innovation by identifying new ideas and alternative solutions.
  • Familiarity with business analysis and project management concepts.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and control assigned activities; willingness to be flexible.
