Job Description

At Volex Spokane (Servatron), we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Change Management Specialist to join our Engineering team. This role is responsible for maintaining and controlling all documentation in our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy.

  • Maintain and control all client and Volex documentation, including:
  • Engineering change orders (ECOs), including implementation plans
  • Bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Deviations
  • Approved vendor listings (AVLs)
  • Procedures
  • Item master
  • Stop processes, stop ship releases, and stop ships
  • Specifications and drawings
  • Review and process documentation updates to ensure accurate completion in a timely manner per established procedures
  • Periodic review and reporting of ECO and Deviation status
  • Support in transitioning from Agile/JDE to Epicor system

Work Environment and Safety Equipment Required:

  • PC (Windows-based)
  • Printer/Copier/Scanner

Requirements:

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Read, write, speak, and understand English
    • High school diploma/equivalent
    • Excellent people skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Self-motivated
    • Ability to manage competing priorities
    • Proficiency with Windows Computers, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
    • JD Edwards (Software) experience preferred
    • Agile experience preferred
    • Epicor experience preferred
    • Previous experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment preferred
    • Previous experience transitioning to a new ERP system preferred
