Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team at Cynet Systems. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users, ensuring they have a seamless and productive experience with our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to desktop, laptop, and network support, including printer, PDA, and mobile device issues.
  • Perform break-fix, troubleshooting, and resolution of software issues, including reimaging computers and hard drives.
  • Assist with IMACD functions, including installation and decommissioning of equipment.
  • Backup and restore user data, settings, and associated systems administration activities.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk and Remote Desktop Support teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Take ownership of issues through to resolution, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving.
  • Categorize and prioritize end-user support requests, utilizing the ticketing system to track tickets and provide up-to-date status and information.
  • Move equipment associated with escalated incidents and service requests.
  • Perform asset inventory activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
