Responsibilities

  • Assist our Operations teams with marketing activities related to our clients, including event planning, promotional campaigns, and patient engagement initiatives.
  • Implement on-site promotional campaigns, health fairs, and patient surveys in collaboration with the Operations Team.
  • Solicit information for and help draft newsletters for patients, clients, and internal teams.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, fostering high integrity and fun relationships, both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels and departments, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Front office/back office dental experience is preferred.
  • College Degree.
  • Travel required in assigned territory; paid mileage.
