Exciting Opportunity:

ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to contribute to innovative projects that impact national security. As part of our team, you will play a key role in improving and implementing processes within a Scaled Agile Framework environment. Working closely with teams, you will gather requirements, define process objectives, and drive process improvement. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline, 5 years of relevant experience, and must hold a DoD m-IAT Level II Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve and implement processes within a Scaled Agile Framework environment.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement utilizing Agile Methodologies.
  • Work closely with teams to gather requirements and define process objectives, as well as develop and initiate process improvement.
  • Play a key role in training and coaching team members regarding Agile practices and ensuring compliance with Scaled Agile principles.
  • Translate identified operational needs into a specific roadmap for the Agile Development Team to deliver effective processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.
  • DoD m-IAT Level II Certification must be obtained within 6 months of starting work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Relevant industry standard certifications such as Scaled Agile Framework Agilest.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This role requires an active Top Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
