Agile Process Improvement Specialist

Exciting Opportunity:

Become a vital member of ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl as an Agile Process Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will engage in transformative projects that enhance operational efficiency within a Scaled Agile Framework. Collaborating with various teams, you will be instrumental in refining and executing processes that align with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and execute processes within a Scaled Agile Framework environment.
  • Evaluate current processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement using Agile principles.
  • Collaborate with teams to collect requirements and establish process goals, while also initiating process enhancements.
  • Facilitate training and mentorship for team members on Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scaled Agile standards.
  • Convert identified operational requirements into a detailed roadmap for the Agile Development Team to implement effective processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • DoD m-IAT Level II Certification is required to be obtained within 6 months of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development.
  • Experience working in an Agile development setting.
  • Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as Scaled Agile Framework Agilest.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This position necessitates an active Top Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for over 50% of the time.
  • Effective communication and information exchange with colleagues and senior staff.
  • Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.
