Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service through efficient and precise operations and clear communication.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various residential heating and cooling systems, including traditional forced-air, steam, hot water, oil, high velocity, and ductless systems.
  • Employ specialized diagnostic tools to address airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical issues in residential equipment.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory on your service vehicle to facilitate all flat-rate repairs.
  • Inform and educate customers on enhancements to their home’s comfort, efficiency, and safety.
  • Support the training and development of junior technicians.
  • Adhere to all operational protocols and administrative details relevant to the service department.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service.
  • CFC License is mandatory.
  • EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC industry standards and building regulations.
  • Proficient in all facets of HVAC functionality.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
